Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Casey's Custom Decor website and your purchase of products or services from Casey's Custom Decor.

By using our website, placing an order, approving a proof, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, or applying for a wholesale account, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or submitting an inquiry.

Handmade and Personalized Products

Many Casey's Custom Decor products are handmade, engraved, printed, assembled, or personalized individually.

Natural materials such as wood may vary in:

• Grain
• Knots
• Texture
• Shade
• Color
• Engraving depth or darkness
• Minor dimensions

These natural variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not normally considered defects.

Product colors may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and the material used.

Personalization Information

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Addresses
• Spelling
• Capitalization
• Punctuation
• Design selections
• Uploaded artwork
• Product options

Casey's Custom Decor is not responsible for an error entered, submitted, or approved by the customer.

We may contact you when instructions are incomplete, unclear, inappropriate, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with the selected product. Production may be paused until we receive the necessary information.

Digital Proofs

Certain custom, corporate, wholesale, and bulk orders may include a digital proof.

When a proof is provided:

• Production will not begin until approval is received
• You are responsible for reviewing the complete proof
• Approval confirms that the spelling, wording, layout, and design are acceptable
• Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays

Digital proofs are visual approximations. Final colors, engraving, material appearance, sizing, and placement may differ slightly from what appears on a screen.

Customer-Submitted Content

You may submit photographs, logos, artwork, wording, trademarks, or other materials for use on a product.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited
• Casey's Custom Decor may reproduce or adjust the content as reasonably necessary to complete the order

You grant Casey's Custom Decor a limited, nonexclusive license to use the submitted content to design, produce, fulfill, photograph, and support your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any design or order.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Casey's Custom Decor may photograph completed products and use those photographs in our portfolio, website, social media accounts, product listings, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Customers may opt out by providing a written request before production begins.

We will not intentionally display sensitive customer information. Separate approval may be requested before displaying confidential corporate materials or proprietary business logos.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or website errors
• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Prohibited or infringing content
• Production limitations
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, personalization fees, setup fees, and other charges will be shown during checkout or included in an approved quote or invoice.

Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins unless separate written payment terms apply.

Corporate Orders and Deposits

Corporate and certain bulk custom orders require a 50% deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable quote or invoice:

• The deposit is required before design work, material purchasing, or production begins
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the invoice terms
• Orders will not be shipped until the full balance has been paid
• The deposit becomes nonrefundable after design work, material purchasing, or production begins

Corporate orders may also be governed by an approved quote, invoice, proof, or separate written agreement.

Production Time

Standard production time is approximately four to six weeks unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page, quote, invoice, proof, or order confirmation.

Production time begins after:

• Payment or the required deposit has been received
• All necessary personalization information has been submitted
• Required artwork has been received
• Any required proof has been approved

Production time does not include carrier transit time.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Casey's Custom Decor.

After the 24-hour cancellation period:

• Personalized and custom orders may not be canceled
• Deposits may be nonrefundable
• Changes may result in additional fees or production delays

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or telephone using the contact information at the end of these Terms.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Production and delivery estimates are not the same. Shipping time begins after production has been completed and the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Personalized and custom products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may be subject to separate minimums, pricing, payment requirements, production schedules, and return restrictions.

Wholesale account approval does not guarantee:

• Product availability
• Credit terms
• Exclusive territory
• Permanent pricing
• Guaranteed production capacity

We may approve, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may:

• Be available only for a limited time
• Apply only to qualifying products
• Require a minimum purchase
• Exclude corporate, wholesale, or bulk orders
• Be limited to one use per customer
• Not be combined with another offer

Free shipping is not a standard offering. It applies only when specifically included in a promotion, order agreement, quote, or invoice.

Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to:

• Violate a law
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Submit fraudulent orders
• Transmit malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website operation
• Copy or scrape website content using unauthorized automated methods
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Harass our employees, contractors, or customers

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, photography, product designs, layouts, and production files—belong to Casey's Custom Decor or are used with permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Casey's underlying:

• Templates
• Design files
• Production methods
• Artwork
• Branding
• Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit website content without written authorization.

Reviews and Feedback

When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback for public use, you grant Casey's Custom Decor permission to reproduce, display, and use it for business and promotional purposes.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, unrelated, or inappropriate.

Disclaimer

Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every product will remain available
• Carrier estimates will always be met
• Website content will be completely free from minor errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casey's Custom Decor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, an order, a shipping delay, or use of a product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
